The hotel owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring our excursions were confirmed and even arranging a taxi for us when we left. The apartment was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a great convenience.

Everything was very functional and well laid out. I would stay again as it worked for me. The Office staff were very helpful and kind.

The bed and pillows were very hard . Sometimes the plumbing was noisy. Not everyone was quiet within their own walls in the unit under my unit.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was fantastic, with the CBD and the Esplanade within easy walking distance. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, and the larger than normal apartment-sized pool with seating and BBQs was a great bonus. The staff here were amazing, providing good old-fashioned service with a smile. the service and amenities provided were top-notch.

They cut our power off without warning us, and tried to deny it. Worst business ethic I have ever seen. Tried to get money back for our final night because of this and refused. We left because we were so mad forfitting out money and room.

The apartment was great size with very comfy beds. It offered great service and savoury food too. Hotel's location was nice, near the center of Cairns.

The apartment was a bit outdated and could use some renovation, especially the bathroom and living room furniture. Noise from nearby railway line was audible but not too disruptive.
